Top Notch Tree Farm is a wholesale tree grower. This policy covers this website and the quote and availability tools we run at rex.topnotchtreefarm.com.
What we collect
This website collects nothing. There are no forms, no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no analytics scripts. Nothing here is loaded from another company's servers.
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery address, and details of the trees you are asking about. When you buy from us we also keep order, delivery and payment records, as any business must.
Emails we send you about a quote may record whether the message was opened or a link was clicked, so we know whether to follow up. You can ask us to stop sending those at any time.
Why we hold it
To quote and price your work, to fulfil and deliver orders, to keep the accounting records we are required to keep, and to stay in touch about availability and open quotes.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share your mobile number or email address with third parties for their own marketing.
Information is shared only with the providers that let us operate: our email provider, our messaging provider, our accounting system, and our web host. They handle it on our behalf and for no other purpose.

Mobile numbers and text message consent are covered in more detail in our Messaging Terms. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Email and texts you no longer want
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Replying STOP to a text stops texts. You can also just tell us, by phone or email, and we will take you off the list. Suppressions are honoured across every system we use.
We will still contact you about an active quote, order or delivery, because that is the business you asked us to do.
Asking us what we hold
Email sales@topnotchtreefarm.com and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.
Security
Our systems are served over encrypted connections and access is limited to employees who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not collect more than the work requires.
Children
We sell wholesale to businesses. This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
