What this program is
Top Notch Tree Farm sends text messages to customers and prospective customers about quotes, orders, delivery and shipping updates, and tree availability. Messages are sent from (210) 736-0146, the same number you can call us on.
How you join
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example when you request a quote, place an order, or tell a member of our team that texting is how you prefer to be reached. You can also start a conversation by texting us first.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
How often we message
Message frequency varies. Messages about an active quote, order or delivery are sent as those events happen. Availability messages are occasional and are not sent on a fixed schedule.
Cost
We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. You can also ask any member of our team to remove your number, or email sales@topnotchtreefarm.com.

Carriers
Delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
